Justin Bieber, 21, and Selena Gomez, 22, both attended the Met Ball (separately) on May 4, and the “Slow Down” singer appeared happier and more confident than ever despite being at the same event as her ex. In fact, she even said on Instagram that she “felt like a princess yet again” at the Gala — the same term Justin used to describe her at the Vanity Fair Oscar party in 2014!

Selena absolutely stunned at the Met Ball, wearing a backless, white Vera Wang gown with black tassels draped over her shoulder. She tastefully honored the evening’s “China: Through The Looking Glass” theme, and completed her look with a gorgeous floral headpiece and bright red lip.
“Vera Wang!! Felt like a princess yet again,” she wrote on Instagram with a full-length and close-up look at the ensemble. Considering Selena has been the victim of fat-shaming after she was photographed in a bikini last month, it’s so great to know she’s still feeling so confident and glamorous about the way she looks.
What’s most interesting, though, is that in 2014, Selena’s ex, Justin, gushed over his on-again, off-again lady on the social media site, calling her the “Most elegant princess in the world” after the Vanity Fair Oscar party.
Could it be that Justin was the one who once again made her feel like a princess at the Met Ball?! We’d absolutely love it if these two had a civil reunion at the event!
