Spears takes a tumble right at the end of the video, but you should really watch the whole thing -- both to get a brief taste of Britbrit's Vegas spectacular (which Billboard estimates is bring in $15 million a year) and to build up to the painful climax.
Initial reports suggested Spears would walk it off. But then she came out with the sad news herself:
